A Season of New Flavours
The end of the summer doesn't only bring cooler and shorter days...
The new Ocean menu is proof of this. Packed with new and irresistible proposals for the start of the autumn season, it will make it seem like the summer holidays are long gone.
To whet your appetite, we discover some of the specialities that are now available: the Purple Prawns, the Mieral Pigeon or the Duck Liver, followed by desserts flavoured with blueberries, Moroccan mint and other wild herbs. And, as any special occasion calls for a special toast, Ocean has reserved for guests wines from the Dão, Bairrada and Douro regions, and even a Quinta da Bacalhôa, Muscat from Setúbal.
At the helm of the kitchen is executive chef Hans Neuner – awarded Chef of the Year in 2009 and 2012. With his team they create and produce the dishes for the new season, opening a new frontier of textures, colours and flavours on the plate.
Although the view is over the Atlantic, it´s the mouth of guests that starts watering when they enjoy the experience of a dinner at Ocean restaurant.
