Adega Restaurant with new menu
Adega restaurant serves typical Portuguese food, where guests enjoy the best tapas and national dishes. Now, it has a new menu, with even more delicious surprises.
The dishes are still 100% Portuguese. In fact, a section of the menu, is called exactly that, and includes: fried marinated black pork or assadura with homemade pickles, handmade codfish cakes with Algarvian tomato salad and black pudding rice, Rocha pear in escabeche, macerated grapes in medronho and peppermint.
Soups and broths are always the best way to start a meal: there is chicken soup, harvest soup and codfish açorda with poached egg.
Later, the choice gets tougher: breaded codfish on the tile, peas with chouriço, octopus rice, cuttlefish and sausage bean stew or feijoada, pork belly with chestnuts, monkfish with shrimp and clams and Adega-style steak. One piece of advice: don’t miss the chef´s speciality: oxtail stew with parsnip.
