Do you like sport? Can't go without exercise even during your holidays? Want to start a new sport or receive specialist classes to improve your sports performance? Don't fret; at VILA VITA Parc, you can stay in shape and even improve your fitness level.
There is a variety of outdoor activities and classes, from tennis, football, golf, volleyball, badminton, table-tennis and paddle-board to traditional diving or on sea scooters. For those who enjoy group activities, there's Yoga and Pilates, Tai-Chi, Fitball, Water Aerobics and even Bootcamps. In addition to the wide range of outdoor sports are the indoor activities, which take place in the gym, either with or without the help of personal trainers.
An expert certified team offers training classes and swimming lessons, personal training, football, golf and tennis. Paulo Santos, the football coach certified by UEFA and the Portuguese Football Federation, runs conditioning classes inspired by the beautiful game. His holistic football lessons take place on the lawn and include a fitness assessment of the player, exercises to improve game techniques, passes and movement.
On the resort's three tennis courts – two clay and one artificial turf –, it's possible to play tennis as a family or make the most of expert lessons with Ruan Lopes, a tennis coach certified by the Portuguese Tennis Federation.
The 9-hole Pitch & Putt is the perfect place to practice your putting technique, especially with the advice of teacher Carlos Santos, certified by the Portuguese Golf Federation. The lessons can also take place on the golf courses surrounding the resort, such as Salgados Golf Course or the Amendoeira Golf Resort.
A world for teens
Teenagers can enjoy an array of activities specially designed for their requirements. Every week, VILA VITA Parc organises excursions outside of the resort, like karting in Albufeira or Portimão, visits to the Slide & Splash water park, and adrenaline-filled experiences such as paintball, tree climbing or abseiling.
